Can I add a guide to an existing safari?

Absolutely. You can book a guide on their own, or add one to any package or car hire at checkout — they'll meet you at your pick-up point.

How are guides priced?

Guides charge a flat day rate that covers the whole group — not per person. Their meals and accommodation on multi-day trips are arranged and included where stated.

What if my chosen guide isn't available?

Availability is confirmed within a few hours of booking. If your dates clash, we'll suggest an equally excellent guide with the same specialties, or refund your deposit in full.

Are tips expected?

Tipping is appreciated but never required. A guideline of around 10% of the guide fee is customary if you've had a great experience.
